Welcome
Colourspell is an easy to play range of spelling games designed to help young children learn the sounds of letters and make up words using colours. Used by thousands of children worldwide, this simple, yet highly effective game is played time and again by children aged from 3 years and up. The sample games are free to use as many times as you want. There are 3 levels, each with 3 games, each with 16 words. Level 1 the starter level comprises of 3 letter words with sound, Level 2 comprises of 4 letter words and Level 3 uses more difficult words with sound all of which uses all the letters of the alphabet and provides a total 144 words to learn and play.

There are 3 sets of games totalling 48 three letter phonic words. The game starts as a colour matching game - only the correct letter remains in place making it impossible to make an incorrect word.
